Our philosophy is driven by our belief that building relationships and focused interventions will create a positive, safe, and comfortable school culture. Unfortunatley, most high school discipline is often associated with punishment and negative environments. At Citrus Hill our Intervention Department is attempting to shift that paradigm through an RTI framework (Response to Intervention) utilizing PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) methodologies. We believe that our multi-tiered approach of teaching and modeling proper behavior and social skills will result in creating a positive school culture that is safe and will reduce the number of classroom and campus disruptions.
Response to Instruction and Intervention

RtI2 is meant to communicate the full spectrum of instruction, from general core (universal), to individualized or intensive to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students.
